Telehealth Consultation
Telehealth is online healthcare, delivered via video or telephone calls. These consults provide you the opportunity to access a licensed physiotherapist without worrying about traffic, coming into a clinic, or planning your day around your appointment.
NEOstream offers several virtual rehabilitation options for you to choose from so that you can find the one that best suits your needs.
Our approach is empowering individuals through education and exercise to manage and rehab their condition. This is the same approach we would take if we were to see you face to face.
Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
We assess and treat all appropriate musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions and disabilities.
Your initial consultation can be from 45 minutes up to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your condition/s, to learn and understand as much as we can about your condition. Depending on your needs we will also go through a physical examination via the video function and will provide you with a provisional diagnosis and treatment plan based on your goals.
NDIS / Neurological Physiotherapy
We offer specialised neurological physiotherapy services for both Australian’s not on the NDIS and anyone overseas.
Telehealth can be appropriate for neurological physiotherapy needs depending on the condition and function of the individual. You will be assessed and set up with a comprehensive treatment program revolving around exercises, strategies and activities to achieve your goals.
Neurological clients can book via the “Extended/ Neurological Telehealth Consultation” appointment.

Direct to Business Consulting
We offer businesses a variety of services to manage the physical health and well-being of their employees. This can range from business-wide education sessions, consultations to assess current business practices for potential strategies to decrease pain and injuries or 1 on 1 physiotherapy appointments for employees.
These strategies aim to not only improve employee health but also improve long-term work efficiency and performance.

Medicare EPC
Medicare EPC service is available for Australian residents only.
If you have received an enhanced primary care plan from your GP, this can now be used for telehealth-specific consultations as well as home visit/ mobile consultations.
NDIS HOME VISITS/ MOBILE PHYSIOTHERAPY
Mobile physiotherapy/ home visit services are available for inidviduals in Sydney’s South West, Southern Highlands, Wollondilly and Wollongong regions. Telehealth is also offered across Australia, to find out if this is suitable contact us directly.
This service is for private, medicare, aged care and NDIS funded individuals.
NEOstream is a NDIS registed provider. We offer NDIS physiotherapy services for Australian residents.
